1. Survey & Engineering Plan
Our process begins with an on-site survey and engineering-based route planning. Our expert team assesses road conditions, bridge capacities, turning radii, gradients, and other potential constraints. The goal is to design the safest, most efficient transport route tailored to the cargo’s dimensions, weight, and project requirements.
2. Simulation & Permitting
Before execution, we use advanced simulation tools to model the entire route — focusing on turns, curves, slopes, and critical sections. This ensures that the cargo can be transported without risk. At the same time, we handle all required Oversize/Overweight permits, coordinating with relevant authorities to guarantee compliance with legal and safety regulations.
3. Trial Run & Safety Prep
We conduct a full-scale trial run or lifting rehearsal to validate our plan under real conditions. This step includes positioning escort vehicles, arranging traffic control, setting up lifting and securing equipment, and finalizing the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) plan.
4. Execution & Monitoring
The transportation is executed according to the approved plan. Our operations team monitors the entire process in real time, providing status updates to the client, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and delivering post-operation reports to document performance and lessons learned.
